Terrence Monkou, RN
Terence Monkou is a lifestyle health coach with over 35 years of experience. He has a bachelor’s degree in nursing and is certified as a health coach through Lifestyle Medicine Institute located in Loma Linda, California. In addition to working as a nurse in hospitals and in the community, he managed and directed the Complete Health Improvement Program (CHIP) at Mitcheville Seventh Day Adventist Church for one year, where 80 participants successfully graduated from the program and continues to live a healthy lifestyle.
Mr. Monkou coordinated 4 medical mission trips to Guyana with an emphasis on the fight against diabetes which is now trending in many cities across the country. He is the owner of Trim Lifestyle Education and is being recognized as the Top Lifestyle Coach in Prince Georges County MD. As a facilitator/lifestyle educator, he has done numerous presentations using an interactive approach to learning at senior centers, churches, and community centers where he shares his 4 life changing principles.
Mr, Monkou is currently working on a book entitled “A 21st Century Survival Club” which will be published in the fall of 2021. He also will be featured on several TV network where he has completed several interviews on living a healthy lifestyle.
